Fall into Autumn with New Street Food Vendors At Trinity Kitchen
Mendez Cuba, Drama Bites and Let’s Go Boar Burgers have arrived at Trinity Leeds, alongside returning vendors The Steak Out, Tikks Thai and Thai Khrim.
Trinity Kitchen’s latest arrivals have taken residency for six weeks (from September 10th) bringing with them exotic and tasty meals to keep customers warm this Autumn.
New to Trinity Kitchen, Mendez Cuba is bringing authentic Cuban cuisine to Leeds. Its menu has been created with 80-year-old recipes taken directly from the streets of Havana, and passed down through the generations, providing a taste of island paradise.
Drama Bites is offering a 100% vegan Punjabi menu with a colourful explosion of Indian food and an amazing authentic taste, including veggie samosas, Aloo Tikki and gluten-free pakoras.
Let’s Go Wild Boar will be serving up something tasty for meat eaters with dishes including pulled pork boar burgers and succulent boar sandwiches with all your favourite toppings.
Meat lovers will also be pleased to hear Steak Out is returning, serving its epic 28-day matured steak sandwiches, from The Texan with BBQ sauce and smoked bacon to The Eiffel with garlic mayonnaise and crispy onions. Customers can also create their own fully loaded fries by adding their choice of topping for the ultimate feast.
Award-winning Tikk’s Thai Kitchen is also returning following popular demand. Showcasing Southern Thai street food at its best, the Yorkshire-based vendor will be featuring its famous dishes including crispy prawns, chicken satay skewers and beef massaman curry, with a crisp Singha beer to wash it down.
After continued success with shoppers, Thai Khrim - whose fresh, hand-crafted Thai ice cream is served with lashings of toppings - is staying on for another term.
Dan Wharton, Marketing Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We always get excited when there is a new changeover at Trinity Kitchen and this time we are delighted to welcome Mendez Cuba, Drama Bites and Let’s Go Wild Boar to our unique venue along with some old favourites. As the weather starts to get colder and the nights become longer, we hope our latest offering provides a little warmth to shopper’s taste-buds this Autumn.”
With a concept that is completely unique to Trinity Leeds, Trinity Kitchen rotates several new food retailers every few weeks, offering visitors a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars and street food vans.
The new arrivals will be at Trinity Kitchen until 21st October, trading alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Chip + Fish, Duck ’n Roll, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla and Absurd Bird.
