My name is Erene, and I'm a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist based in Leeds city centre. I have been working with clients since 2010 in a variety of settings, including creating and coordinating two specialist services in Leeds.
I understand the importance of kindness, respect, and autonomy in providing counselling and psychotherapy to those wanting to improve their mental health and wellbeing. I am available to help with a range of concerns including holding specialist skills in the impact of trauma, sexual violence, and abuse.
My practice is inclusive to all people, meaning that I welcome enquiries from: men, women, those who identify at other points on the gender spectrum, and those who reject it completely. I offer a LGBTQIA+ friendly service, in addition to working in a way that welcomes persons from a diverse range of ethic backgrounds (including working with Interpreters).
If you need to talk, get in touch. Further information, and details on how to contact me, are on www.therapy-leeds.co.uk.

I am also experienced in working with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, anger, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and more.
I am also a qualified supervisor and since 2012 I have provided supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors, and also to other practitioners working with children in high risk situations.
