Leeds Train Station

Leeds train station is one of the busiest stations outside of London, with connections to all major cities. Being one of only few stations offering 24 hour access, it's very easy to hail a taxi from either entrance.

Within the station there is a Mcdonalds, Subway, KFC, Sainsburys, WHSmith, Starbucks, Funky Pigeon, Body Shop, M&S, Upper Crust, Camden Food Co, Cards Galore, Cafe Ritazza, Millie's Cookies, Boots and a TM Lewin. There are also numerous cash points and toilet facilities.

For further information on train times, tickets and any other enquiries, visit the National Rail website here: http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/stations/LDS/details.html

The Welcome People

Leeds is a city which grows year after year. In 2016, the Leeds BID launched the welcome people ambassador program.

The Ambassadors will deliver expert guidance and knowledge to visitors, directing them to the most relevant locations for their particular needs and pro-actively inform city users of the best offers and promotions, seeking to cross-sell the best opportunities within retailers, food and leisure, cultural and business destinations. The team will always carry marketing materials and a kitbag and will be only too happy to carry and distribute appropriate materials.

Visitor Information Centre

VisitLeeds and Art Gallery Shop is the city’s tourist information Centre and Art Gallery Shop combined. Other than what we've found, we're confident in saying they know the best spots in and around Leeds.

What's even better about the new visitor centre is you can tweet them a question to @moreLeeds and they'll answer pretty quickly!
